Fresh Levant Bistro is a Los Angeles–based restaurant serving authentic Mediterranean cuisine with a loyal local following, thanks to its entirely gluten-free menu and wide selection of dietary-specific dishes. When we first met with their team, they were frankly close to giving up on web developers after a series of disappointing experiences that left them with a defunct website. We made it our mission to renew their faith in our industry and committed to delivering a new website that conveyed their passion for food, health, and their community. Their sleek new site gives customers the ability to make reservations, order online, and stay up to date with their ever-evolving menu.

Our main mission for the feel of this website was to give visitors an experience of the food before they ever set foot into the restaurant. Gluten-free and dietary-specific food gets a bad rap for being second-tier when it comes to flavor. Fresh Levant's loyal following knows that isn't the case at all with their food. Their kitchen is known for delectable authentic Levantine cuisine made with organic ingredients. Fans flock to their pastry case for its fresh-baked donuts, cupcakes, and morning loaves. We directed a professional photography shoot to capture the visual magic of these dishes and desserts. We were then able to use those images to immerse website visitors in the food and convey the narrative of Fresh Levant's inclusive ideals.
